THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
A unique approach
KINESIOLOGY AND KINESITHERAPY
When the patient becomes an active participant in their treatment
"Kinesiology-kinesitherapy is part of a therapeutic treatment framework based on a principle of muscular rebalancing with the active participation of the subject in their treatment.
After a personalized clinical observation including visual, palpation and mobilization examinations, the kinesiologist-kinesitherapist will perform
-
Therapeutic massage treatments with active participation of the client
-
Gentle mobilization maneuvers respecting physiological ranges of motion
-
Learning exercises to achieve musculoskeletal balance, ensuring better posture
-
Personalized exercise program to prevent relapses
-
Therapeutic monitoring to counter the recurrence of musculoskeletal disorders
-
Will participate in multidisciplinary follow-up in association with other members of the healthcare field to ensure optimal patient care.

POSTUROLOGY
To see your body from a different perspective
Unlike common postural treatments, the French-origin posturology approach allows for a much deeper and more rooted understanding of the problem. The difference lies in its action on the nervous system rather than the mechanical system.
Given that muscles and joints are dependent on the nervous system and not the other way around, it is much more effective to act on the latter to correct a problem.
A posture problem can be so subtle that it may have been present for years without you even knowing it.
It is therefore important to have a complete postural assessment to confirm the presence of such a problem and its causes. Appropriate treatment will then eliminate postural asymmetries, ultimately allowing for a more effective and lasting response to the underlying pain.
FASCIA THERAPY
Gently
Fasciatherapy, a manual technique derived from massage therapy, allows action to be taken on the tissues surrounding the muscles, which are often sources of muscular tension.
A healthy fascia is normally very hydrated. When this is not the case, the different fibers of the fascia stick together and, in the case of muscles, limit their proper functioning, leading in particular to a contracture or a contracture effect.
Fasciatherapy is therefore a very gentle maneuver allowing the rehydration of the fibrous membrane.
This technique is very useful when the pain is so intense that the mere thought of touching the area frightens you, or when movement is so limited that stretching would be unthinkable. An essential complement to physiotherapy!
