TEST YOUR POSTURE
See for yourself if you are right
Take this simple test to see if you have a posture problem.
Stand in front of a mirror at least 1.5 meters away from it.
Make sure you are standing up straight, with your feet hip-width apart.
Relax your shoulders and let your arms hang loosely at your sides.
Observe the tips of your fingers and notice if one side extends further down your thighs than the other.
If this is the case, you have shoulder asymmetry, with one shoulder being higher than the other.
In this position, you can also notice if one hand is further forward on your thigh than the other. If so, you also have a rotation of the shoulders.
If the test is positive and you notice asymmetries, it is very important to correct them to allow your joints to return to their optimal position and thus resolve your back, knee or other pain for good.
You can't do anything voluntarily to correct your posture. Make an appointment and let me determine the cause(s) of your posture problem and help you stand up straight.
